CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA

Preparation

Preparation Bag of 1 Kg.

Mix 5 liters of cold milk with 1 kg of product, stir 3 minutes with an electric mixer (mixing time respect the non-stop).
Fill the molds previously prepared, enter it in the fridge for 1.5 hours and ready to serve. Pass a knife around the mold or by introducing it in some hot water. (Approx. 60-70 servings).

Preparation Bag of 100 g.

Mix 1/2 liter of cold milk with 100 g. of product, stir 3 minutes with an electric mixer (mixing time respect the non-stop).
Fill the molds previously prepared, enter it in the fridge for 1.5 hours and ready to serve. Pass a knife around the mold or by introducing it in some hot water. (Approx. 6-7 servings).
