Preparation:
Preparation Bag of 1 Kg.
Add 1 kg of product in 4 L. of water at room temperature, beat for 5 minutes with electric whisk of blades and put in previously caramelized molds. Let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours. (Approx. 50 servings).
Preparation Bag of 100 g.
Add 100 g. of product in 400 ml. of water at room temperature, beat for 5 minutes with electric whisk of blades and put in previously caramelized molds. Let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours. (Approx. 5 servings).
